1. Return Eligibility

At Zarqa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

•        Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

•        Products must be in the same condition as received.

•        A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

•        Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards for cosmetic products, the following items cannot be returned:

•        Opened or used cosmetic products.

•        Items without original packaging or seal broken.

•        Products purchased during clearance sales.

•        Gift cards or promotional items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact Zarqa within 24 hours of receiving your order. Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

•        Email us at info.zarqa.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

•        Alternatively, call us at +92 335 5273050.

•        Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

•        Do not send any items back without receiving written confirmation from us.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is approved, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

•        Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

•        Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

•        Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
