1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

        Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar): 3 business days

        Other cities and towns: 4-5 business days

        Remote areas: may take up to 7 business days

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Charges may vary based on order weight and delivery location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status through our courier partner's website.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Zarqa. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.

        Ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of ordering.

        Zarqa is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

        If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the parcel and contact us immediately.

6. Delays

While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, Zarqa is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
